Susanne's SCD Dressing
1/2 cup walnut oil or olive oil or garlic infused olive oil (walnut oil stays liquid in the fridge, olive oil will solidify)
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons Clover Honey
2 Tablespoons finely chopped scallion (green part, white part is High FODMAP)
1 Tablespoon curry powder (click for curry recipe)
season with salt and pepper to taste
